Fresh Fish Served Daily

Gah. In case you don’t watch the news, Austin and most of Texas was hit with a pretty big winter storm this week. We arrived on Sunday, just ahead of all of it. The downside to that was that our stuff wasn’t delivered until Thursday, so we were stuck in the apt without a whole lot to do. We did manage to venture out a few times to pick up food, but bookstores and other similar places that would have some kind of entertainment were all closed. It was sort of funny…Austin gets snow and ice even less often than Atlanta, and of course we get it the first full day we’re in town.

Well, we managed, and now everything’s thawed out. We’re almost done unpacking. I’ll try to take some pictures over the next few weeks.
