please just plug me directly into my consoles

Thanks to everybody who came by for pitchers of Bass and karaoke on Saturday! My camera was hijacked several times that night, so I don’t even know what half of the pictures look like. I’ll post those later today.

It was a good weekend for games. Kayvan got me Paper Mario 2, and I bought Taiko Drum Master with some birthday money. I like Taiko better than Donkey Konga, mainly because I get to hit the drum with two fat plastic sticks instead of using my hands. I’ve only played a little Paper Mario, but since the first one was the only RPG that I’ve ever liked I have high hopes for this one. I also found copies of Rez and Vib Ripple. Rez probably needs to be played to understand how it works. Vib Ripple is the second sequel to Vib Ribbon. You play as Vibri the rabbit and trampoline on random pictures. Each picture has hidden characters inside, and every bounce you do pulls them up out of the picture. It’s pretty nuts, but that’s to be expected from anything that has Vibri in it. Needless to say I’m hoping to win the lottery someday soon, so I can just stay home and play games for the rest of my life. I am so ambitious.
